The Cleveland Browns have signed wide receiver Bryce Oliver to their practice squad as the team prepares for the 2026 regular season.
Oliver is a former Youngstown State receiver who has already appeared in 13 NFL games with the Tennessee Titans.
The 6-foot-1, 214-pound receiver originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with Tennessee in 2024.

His addition gives the Browns another developmental receiver with professional game experience and a connection to Northeast Ohio football.
Oliver played college football at Youngstown State before beginning his NFL career.
The Browns announced that he will wear No. 88.
Browns Continue Building Practice Squad
Practice-squad players participate in team meetings and practices and can be elevated to the active roster when needed during the season.
Teams use the group to maintain depth, develop younger players and provide replacements when injuries affect the 53-man roster.
