Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have added a major Northeast Ohio property to their real estate holdings with the purchase of a historic lakefront estate in Bratenahl.
Property records show the estate sold for $5.35 million in March 2026. The home sits on about 3.5 acres along Lake Erie in the village just east of Cleveland. The property is known as Moyenage and dates to 1895.
The mansion covers roughly 21,000 square feet and was originally built for Cleveland industrialist Jay Morse. The property has undergone extensive restoration while retaining many of its Gilded Age details.
The purchase gives Kelce another connection to the Cleveland area. The Kansas City Chiefs star grew up in Cleveland Heights and attended Cleveland Heights High School before playing college football at the University of Cincinnati.
The Bratenahl transaction was first reported nationally before local outlets confirmed details through property records and real estate sources. Cleveland Magazine reported that David Ayers and Nick Zawitz of The Agency Cleveland were the agents involved in the transaction.
The estate had previously changed hands in 2023 for about $1.95 million before restoration work was completed. Its new sale price places it among the more notable recent luxury residential transactions in Northeast Ohio.
Bratenahl is an independent village located along Lake Erie between Cleveland and Euclid. Although the village has its own municipal government, properties there are within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
Kelce has maintained several ties to Northeast Ohio beyond his childhood connection to the region. The purchase now gives the high-profile couple a substantial residential presence near Cleveland and the Lake Erie shoreline.
